At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be returned if the tamper seal is fully intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all components like the carbonating bottle and power adapter are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
